Pre-Sales Specialist – PBI (Petrochemicals, Boilers & Incinerators)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer RFQs and technical specifications specific to Petrochem, Boiler, and Incinerator applications and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions 
• Coordinate with installation, design, estimation, and purchase teams to build comprehensive techno-commercial proposals. 
• Prepare pricing models, technical annexures, scope clarifications, and execution assumptions aligned with project requirements. 
• Ensure proposals are compliant, commercially viable, and submitted within timelines. 
• Liaise with the sales team to support client discussions, technical presentations, and proposal negotiations. 
• Track open proposals and update internal stakeholders on bid status, win/loss analysis, and submission schedules. 
• Maintain and improve standard proposal templates, segment-specific documentation, and historical data for reference.

Requirements:

Essential:

• B.Tech - Mechanical/Ceramic with 4 to 7 years of experience
• Experience in pre-sales, bid management, or techno-commercial roles 
• Strong understanding of refractory application and installation in petrochemical heaters, boilers, and incinerators 
• Proven ability to manage large RFQs and multi-functional input for proposal development 
• Hands on Design experience
