About the Team & Business Line: 

The team provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • Consult with strategic leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs/gaps.
  • Build constructive Business Stakeholder Relationships to garner support and promote a learning culture across Citco offices.
  • Execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards and processes.
  • Proactively apply best practices to learning design, development and delivery to achieve excellence in output (Ecosystem and Culture)
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful launch/ engagement of the various L and D products.
  • Manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed.
  • Facilitate in classroom and virtual leadership training and coaching workshops.
  • Continually evolve blended learning content and maximize the use of online tools, innovating and experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging, fun and supports learner needs.
  • Leverage existing digital platforms to curate content.
  • Developing multi-model learning and performance support material, including blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos and voice overs, animations and infographics
  • Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
  • Support a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams.
  • Partner Program Manager to develop innovative Learner Engagement campaigns.

About You:

  • ICF/EMCC certified coach with proven thought leadership through industry publications and speaking engagements, plus demonstrated experience in C-suite stakeholder management
  • Expertise in building and scaling virtual coaching programs, group coaching, and social learning models with measurable business impact
  • Advanced experience in designing and facilitating executive-level learning programs, both virtually and in-person, incorporating innovative learning methodologies
  • Proven track record of leading global teams and managing complex organizational dynamics while driving strategic learning initiatives
  • Technical proficiency in learning platforms including LinkedIn Learning, Oracle Fusion, Jira, SharePoint 2016, Articulate 360, and video production tools (Vyond, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and curate engaging digital learning content, with expertise in social learning methodologies and community engagement
  •  Superior communication and influencing skills, with experience in creating strategic communications for leadership development initiatives
  •  Self-starter with proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and senior stakeholders
  •  Experience in measuring and evaluating program effectiveness at organizational level, with track record of demonstrating ROI on learning initiatives
  •  Strong project management capabilities with experience in implementing enterprise-wide learning solutions aligned with business objectives

Salary Ranges

3800 - 5600 Eur Gross
