Roles & responsibilities
Resource Management/Service Network/Community Knowledge
• Manage resourcing for a group of 80/120 people on daily/ long term basis.
• Develop good understanding of the Business and liaise with business on resource allocation.
• Attend weekly staffing calls to understand onshore pipeline and pitch for KGS resources.
• Check availability for the group and coordinate with other schedulers.
• Seeks an understanding of the business and service offerings within assigned practice and across the firm.
• Provide regular updates to immediate supervisors/clients/leads.
• May provide support to more than one service line/ network.
• Train/ Mentor new joiner in the team.
Technical RM Tools, RM Data Management and Reporting
• Develop proficiency in RM tool to perform skill searches, process team requests, update schedules, reconcile booking requests, as well as processing LOAs, terminations.
• Prepare advance level daily project reports to provide business insights.
• Manage risk and resourcing conflicts. Utilization Support/Client Service Interaction
• Tracks resource availability.
• Tracks resume and skills entry, communications exceptions and encourages compliance.

Educational qualifications
• Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work experience
• The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI/ Power Apps would be added advantage.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
