What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements across various ServiceNow modules.
• Advocating for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Challenging proposed custom solutions when configuration can meet the same business need.
• Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Working across different areas of the ServiceNow platform to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
• Supporting testing, training, and change management activities related to platform improvements.
• Building strong relationships with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Out-of-the-Box capabilities across multiple modules.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to critically assess technical proposals and guide stakeholders toward optimal platform usage.
• Comfortable navigating and contributing across different areas of the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in writing clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals or Business Analyst certification.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with configuration vs. customisation principles in enterprise platforms.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
