  • Master’s Degree in Business related field, such as MBA, Master of Accounting, Economics, Law.
  • Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
  • Experience in supporting and developing compliance programs through Project Management support.
  • Understanding of foundational compliance frameworks (Security, Privacy, Regulatory etc.), and industry best practices.

Google is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Assurance Program Manager to strengthen compliance through operating our Compliance Assurance Program Management Office (PMO), supporting teams across Compliance Assurance – including Certifications and Attestations (C&A); Privacy & Security Assurance (PSA); and AI, Competition, Consumer Protection, Content, and Payments Assurance (A3CPA); and Issues Management and Binding Commitments (IMBC).

In this role, you will interact with multiple 1LoD (First Line of Defense), 1.5 LoD, and LOD3 teams, and you will be responsible for engagement and providing PMO support across stakeholders as required. You will define milestones, success criteria, and roadmaps to ensure successful and on-time delivery of compliance initiatives. You will be communicating schedules, priorities, and status updates across all organizational levels. You will be managing project testing plans and reporting on key themes identified during testing, ensuring centralized governance, oversight of compliance issues, and binding commitments. You will streamline compliance processes to deliver timely outputs and program enhancements.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Operate and develop Compliance Assurance Program Management Office (PMO) program.
  • Act as a trusted partner across the Compliance Assurance team, as well as with related Stakeholder teams.
  • Being able to analyze large sets of data and risk assessment results, to advise on high-risk areas that would support planning and operations across Compliance Assurance teams.
  • Support report writing and aggregated risk reporting from across Compliance Assurance teams (e.g., emerging risk themes, trends across programs) to leadership teams. Support internal and external-facing materials showcasing the strategy and program.
  • Provide PMO support to tooling discussions within the team, and related partners to help facilitate System of Record enhancements for improved inter-connectivity into regulation life-cycle and user support.
