Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Grand Villa of New Port Richey

Job Type: Part-Time

Grand Villa of New Port Richey is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents in our assisted living facility. 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas in the facility
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Restock supplies in resident rooms and common areas
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
