Care Inn of LaGrange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time therapist to lead  our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP, OT, OTA, PT or PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in cognition, memory care, swallowing, aphasia, dysarthria, voice and skilled maintenance. We offer on-going training and career development opportunities as well as ways to expand your therapy career with our growing organization.

Requirements

Texas Therapy  License

At least 1 year of inpatient post-acute care leadership experience
