About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Strategist to join our team and support the growth of plastic surgery practices.

This is currently a freelance project role, requiring approximately 40 hours per month from now until the end of December 2025, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position starting 2026. (you would invoice us every month)

The role requires an individual with deep expertise in the healthcare or cosmetic industry, particularly someone who understands how to effectively attract and convert potential patients interested in aesthetic procedures.

As our Lead Lead Generation Marketing Strategist, your primary goal will be to consult about how to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads—individuals who are actively considering plastic or cosmetic surgery. You will develop, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies that speak to the target audience, while ensuring a seamless user journey from initial interest to booked consultation.


Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and define customer personas to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign segmentation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL (cost per lead), ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, web developers, patient coordinators) to ensure brand consistency and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR and medical advertising regulations.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve results over time.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in generating leads in the healthcare, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine sectors. (Min 4 years recent experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, landing page optimization, and analytics.(Min 4 years recent experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active-campaign). (Min 4 years recent experience)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-oriented environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with high-end, luxury, or premium medical brands.
  • Understanding of patient psychology and the decision-making process in elective procedures.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare-specific advertising restrictions.
