Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement (50%)

  • Builds strong relationships with key decision-makers (executive, business, technical) using Supermicro’s sales strategies to align priorities and win deals. Fosters trust and brand loyalty across all customer levels.

  • Understands customers’ business and technical needs, identifying new opportunities aligned with their strategies and value drivers.

Account Management (50%)

  • Leads and executes account plans across multiple accounts to meet revenue goals and customer needs. Ensures accountability across internal teams and maintains regular governance through customer planning.

  • Sets strategic account priorities, allocates resources, engages stakeholders in long-term planning, and anticipates customer needs to secure deals.

  • Manages complex accounts, drives pipeline strategies, assesses risks, and aligns sales efforts with business goals.

  • Expands internal and external networks to enhance customer experience and ensure smooth execution of account tasks and transactions.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience of direct sales and account management for various vertical industry customers (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), managing sales tools and driving sales operations inside with key internal stakeholders and outside for the customers, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Finance Sector, specially in Securities, Banking, Insurance Accounts, Sales or Technical sales experience is preferred.
  • Public Sector, specially in Goverment, Sales or Technical sales experience is preferred.
  • Experiences in global major server OEMs (e.g. Dell, HPE, Lenovo) are a strong advantage.
