Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

A high-impact role at the Founder’s Office for someone who thrives on turning data into insights. You will directly support fundraising, board reporting, and strategic projects with the founders, while building scalable MIS and analytical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Support: Own critical data requirements for fundraising( investor decks, due diligence, and financial storytelling)
• MIS & Board Reporting: Manage MIS processes, deliver clear and timely insights, and handle board-level data queries.
• Strategic Partner to Founders: Work closely with founders on business analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and executing high-impact projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years in SQL, analytics, and business performance roles. Background in consumer tech or product-first companies.
• Technical Skills: Strong in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Mindset: Rigor, hunger, and ability to simplify complex data into insights.
• Education: Bachelor’s from Tier-1 engineering institutes Top (IITs, BITS, NITs).
