Here’S What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Assures that daily work and special projects are completed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Serves as a liaison between management and housing carpentry crew.
  • Prepares and estimates materials list for assigned projects.
  • Build project tasks list per the scope of work.
  • Complete standard reports as necessary.
  •  Perform, lead, and teach others on all phases of residential construction projects.
  •  Installs all building materials and supplies per manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FCPC Residential Building Code.
  •  Operates industry standard tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and workplace safety.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience/knowledge in the Construction Industry.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of construction materials, tools, and mathematical concepts.
  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience required. 
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints.
  • Ability to research and learn different construction techniques and concepts.
  •  Knowledge of construction industry standards.
  •  Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License.
  •  Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens.
