About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Track and manage account information, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding account activity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$66,000 annually
