Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on retention and satisfaction
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone and email
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve billing or delivery issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product or service information and suggest relevant solutions
  • Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
