Schedule: Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday-Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Supervisor of Life Enrichment is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of activities and programs that enhance the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents at Nelson Gables. This role provides leadership to the Life Enrichment team, ensuring engaging and meaningful experiences that support resident choice and quality of life. The Supervisor will collaborate with staff, families, and volunteers to create a vibrant community atmosphere and oversee the daily operations of the Life Enrichment department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and lead diverse activity programs tailored to resident interests and abilities.
• Supervise, train, and support Life Enrichment staff and volunteers.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory standards and align with organizational values.
• Monitor department budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in life enrichment, activities, or recreational programming, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate residents and staff.
