General Description:

The Senior Manager, CRM Strategy & Operations will support BeiGene’s Commercial functions in New Markets (and supporting EU) by managing and evolving the CRM. This role will oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of the CRM platform.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM Strategy & Operations, this role, working closely with various teams, including the New Markets (and European) Regional and Country Business teams, the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence teams.

Ensuring the “fit for purpose “of the CRM infrastructure, the Senior Manager will serve as valuable and trusted partner to business, addressing CRM issues by giving 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users and supporting teams, as well as soliciting business requirements for the CRM infrastructure from all relevant stakeholders. This role will take these requirement and work with the relevant internal and external teams to implement these in the CRM infrastructure.

Essential Functions Of The Job:

Primary focus will be ensuring all users of the New Markets (and European) CRM solution can use it in good order. The role will be responsible for giving 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to all users and stakeholders of that application and the associated CRM data infrastructure

Ensure key insights on and recommendations for improvements of the CRM infrastructure are quickly and appropriately shared with cross-functional partners, including colleagues in corporate functions.

Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, needs analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

Demonstrate leadership courage with regards to setting boundaries and ensuring time is spent on the most critical/high value projects.

Stay abreast of emerging healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends, particularly within oncology, and assess their potential impact on our strategies.

Act with speed, agility, and accountability, while adapting to evolving business needs. Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, adding value and insights for the organization.

CRM New Markets (and Europe) Operational support and maintenance (60%)

  • Manage and resolve inbound requests for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support with regards to the usage of the CRM application and associated data infrastructure
  • Create and maintain the CRM related roster and user assignments which secure access and usage rights for the CRM user-community
  • Create and maintain the territory assignments needed to ensure users have access to the right customer data and system components
  • Create and maintain training materials on CRM and the associated infrastructure to ensure users can use the application to best effect
  • Train users on using the CRM application and infrastructure, so they can use these to best effect

CRM Europe Evolution support (30%)

  • Intake / solicitation of requirements from all relevant stakeholders regarding CRM and the associated infrastructure
  • Lead the discovery on the requirement details of the identified requirements
  • Build business cases in support of prioritization of these requirements
  • Detail and communicate the CRM new requirements to the relevant teams in order to initiate the implementation of these
  • Manage the process of implementation for the requirements under development
  • Test and deploy the new CRM and associated infrastructure capabilities to the Commercial and Medical user communities.

AI & Innovation (10%)

  • Fuel and propel AI innovation in the CRM Application and associated infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, Life Sciences consulting, Commercial operations or related fields.
  • Hands on, in-depth understanding of and experience with CRM and associated applications required, in preference with the current European CRM Application (Mobile Rep Explorer)
  • International experience, specifically Europe, required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into actionable recommendations for CRM Application and infrastructure evolution.
  • Experience with end user support and training.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix environment and build solid relationships across the organization.
  • Strong project management and delivery experience.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum combined 5-7+ years’ experience in industry or consulting roles.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite

Travel: Less than 10%
