We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer based in Chile who understands the local culture, digital behavior, and what grabs the attention of Mexican players. Experience in iGaming, betting, or gaming is required - we need someone who knows the industry and can create engaging, locally relevant designs.

Requirements:

• Advanced Photoshop skills and solid experience with Figma.
• B1+ English.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, with the ability to produce engaging motion graphics.
• Proven experience with AI tools for generating static and video content, and animating AI-generated characters — must.
• Strong skills in retouching, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing high-performing ads (banners, social, app store assets) with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Previous experience in the sports or gaming industries is a strong plus.
• Ability to adapt creatives across multiple formats and platforms (web, social, app stores, OOH).

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-impact ad creatives for sports-focused campaigns, with occasional casino/slots themes.
• Generate and adapt athlete visuals and characters using AI tools, aligning with the project’s creative style.
• Design and assemble banners, social media assets, product page visuals (Google Play & App Store), and other digital formats.
• Animate graphics and campaign assets for social media, web, and out-of-home placements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while bringing fresh, innovative design approaches.
