Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Outreach

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Outreach to lead and manage the College’s Undergraduate Outreach and Engagement functions. As a key member of the Undergraduate team, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to attract prospective students, advancing the College’s student recruitment goals, and overseeing the Dyson–NTU Studio and its programmes. You will also play a vital role in building a vibrant student community by recruiting, managing, and mentoring student ambassadors and a student club.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and lead outreach and engagement strategies for prospective undergraduates to achieve the College’s recruitment objectives.

• Liaise with Engineering Schools to align and harmonise outreach strategies and implementation plans.

• Plan and execute outreach events and activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.

• Conduct post-event analysis to measure impact, extract insights, and drive data-informed improvements.

• Oversee the Dyson–NTU Studio, ensuring smooth operations and impactful programme delivery associated with the Studio.

• Manage a student club associated with the Dyson-NTU Studio.

• Recruit, manage, and mentor student ambassadors to support outreach and recruitment initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, alumni, schools, and industry partners, to support and enhance the College’s outreach and recruitment objectives.

• Guide, mentor and supervise team members in their work.

• Any other ad-hoc initiatives and assignments undertaken by the Office.

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree in any discipline. Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Outreach, Student Recruitment, Student Engagement within the higher education sector.

• Experience in event execution and management.

• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal and people management skills.

• Highly motivated and meticulous individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and keen eye for details.

• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• IT savvy and proficient in MS office applications.

• Knowledge of the higher education market in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
