Business Overview

The AI & Data Division plays a critical role in driving the strategic use of AI and data across the organization. As a central hub for AI and data initiatives, the AI & Data Division ensures alignment with corporate objectives and maximizes the value of data-driven decision-making.

　

Department Overview

The AI Strategy Office (AISO), directly under the Chief AI and Data Officer (CAIDO), is responsible for the planning and execution of AI strategies. Its main roles include researching market insights, promoting AI products, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.

Position:

Position Details

- Tasks related to requesting and ordering work from other companies

- Preparation and organization of meeting materials and minutes

- AI-driven automation of routine office tasks

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Administrative experience (2+ years)

- Basic PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Japanese: Native level, English: Business level (TOEIC 800+)

Desired Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of the internet and AI

- Tasks related to requesting and ordering work

- Knowledge of ISMS (Information Security Management System) and security standards
