The AI & Data Division plays a critical role in driving the strategic use of AI and data across the organization. As a central hub for AI and data initiatives, the AI & Data Division ensures alignment with corporate objectives and maximizes the value of data-driven decision-making.

　

Department Overview

The AI Strategy Office (AISO), directly under the Chief AI and Data Officer (CAIDO), is responsible for the planning and execution of AI strategies. Its main roles include researching market insights, promoting AI products, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.

Position:

Position Details

We are responsible for utilizing AI to streamline operations within business divisions and dramatically enhance organizational productivity.

- Proposing and implementing business improvements using LLM-related services (Manus/MGV.DEV, etc.)

- Automating document summarization, translation, and analysis using AI services

- Providing AI utilization training for employees and creating guidelines

- Planning and promoting business process improvement measures

　

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Practical experience with generative AI/automation tools

- Practical experience in business process improvement and BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)

- Knowledge of programming and system development

- Experience in creating operation manuals and procedural documents

- Japanese: Native level, English: Business level (TOEIC 800+)

　

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in presentations and training both internally and externally

- Prompt Engineering skills

- Practical experience in AI implementation and promotion
