JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement project control strategies and processes together with Project management and/or development team(s).
Prepare and maintain project metrics
Monitor project performance and analyze progress against established benchmarks.
Collaborate with project managers/teams and related stakeholders/functions across global offices to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
Generate and present detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and variances. i.e. POC, CTC/EAC.
Support contract management and change order processes.
Liaise with stakeholders to obtain project updates and address concerns.
Enhance workflows and optimise such workflows through continual improvements/automation
Key contact for Controls function in terms of compliance/administration of related company policies.
Support tender teams in controls-related matters including but not limited to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering/Business/Project Management, or a related field with strong financial literacy
Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls within infrastructure or related industry.
Knowledge in project management principles and related software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
