Technical Consultant - English language

Take a look at what your main duties would be: 

• Executing configuration changes in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system.
• Executing configuration changes  in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates. 
• Serving as subject matter expert to clients and team members
• Troubleshooting issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalating appropriately.
• Maintaining responsibility for the execution of project plans.
• Identifying areas for internal process improvement.

What we expect from you:

• Preferably a technical degree in Computer science and/or experience in an IT environment
• Fluency in speaking and writing of English language 
• Additional language (Italian, Spanish or French) would be considered a plus 
• Proficient level of SQL or other databases
• Analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Customer service orientation and team spirit
