We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SW Support Specialist III to join our team. This role is key in providing end-to-end support for our cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous assistance to our customers.
Your main duties will include:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
- Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to support successful implementation
- Providing training and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, offering ongoing support and addressing day-to-day inquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with minimal disruption to customer operations
- Using remote tools to diagnose and resolve software-related challenges
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and solve complex technical problems
- Working closely with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure a unified customer experience
- Participating in regular meetings to align on customer needs and service improvement initiatives
What we expect from you:
- Minimum High School diploma
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Experience with POS systems or in the hospitality/retail technology sector
