We’re now searching for a National Retail Sales Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone resilient, hands-on, and passionate about driving results. This role blends strategic leadership with frontline action—spending around two days a week in our Brisbane Head Office, and the rest out in stores, shoulder-to-shoulder with our people. Travel across each state will be required throughout the year.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Leading retail sales performance nationwide, inspiring leaders and delivering results.
• Coaching and mentoring Area Managers and store leaders, building resilient and high-performing teams.
• Partnering with the executive team to design and deliver retail strategies that put customers first.
• Owning retail reporting—using strong Excel and data analysis skills to track, interpret, and drive performance outcomes.
• Being a visible leader: in stores, on the floor, leading from the front and driving accountability.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Proven success in leading multi-site retail sales teams at a national or large regional level.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to turn numbers into insights and action.
• Resilience, energy, and a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
• Commercial and strategic acumen with a results-driven mindset.
