Finance Officer

All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading multi-disciplinary construction contractor specialising in the renewable energy and power infrastructure sectors. AEC services span across a portfolio of major projects in utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage (BESS), high voltage connections, substations and distribution networks.

Finance Officer

AEC is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support our growing business. Reporting to the CFO, this position plays a critical role in supporting the finance team.

Key Responsibilities (across 5 companies in AU & NZ):

• Complete end of month reconciliations
• Accounts payable/receivable support and mentoring
• Equipment Finance setup
• Head office expense approval, allocation and review
• Manage credit card transactions and reconciliations
• Manage a suite of rental properties, Lease Agreements, Bond payments and refunds, utility connections for our site-based teams
• Intercompany transactions
• Provide AP/AR and general support to our project teams

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, reconciliations and compliance.
• High level communication skills
• Experience within a finance team. Construction or project-based experience highly regarded.
• Strong systems and Excel skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Qualifications in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
