Factory Operative - Bowls - Team A Days

Location: St Mary Bourne, Andover
Shift Pattern: 6am – 6pm
Hours: Full-Time 4 days on/ 4 days off
Type: Permanent

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our operation – helping move and pack the fresh produce that ends up on supermarket shelves across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Feeding raw materials, crates, pack lines, bowls, and finished goods through various parts of the process
• Packing finished products to meet customer specs
• Making sure the right quantity of leaf, veg, and sachets go into each bowl
• Running and maintaining crate wash operations
• Carrying out hygiene tasks on designated areas and machinery using Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs)
• Supporting our hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards – raising any issues if you spot something
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and working closely with the QA team to get things right first time
• Pitching in with other duties as needed – we’re a team that helps each other out

What You’ll Bring

• Able to communicate clearly with team members
• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or FMCG environment is a bonus – but full training will be provided
