Being the Center of Excellence facing partners in Group management, including but not limited to B2B MICE Partners and IHG direct Meeting products driving overall leads traffic, while improving hotel overall leads conversion % by deeply understanding the ways of handling business across IHG and competitors. Setting strategies and tactics based on insight and data based on key priorities
Your day to day
- Lead strategic optimisation of existing MICE platforms/partnerships and identify new opportunities for the purpose of gaining market share and revenue.
- New MICE partnership development
- IHG G&M book direct enablement across platforms and hotel PMS connectivity, meeting customer needs, while enlarging enterprise contribution
- Own hotel end-to-end offer/promotion implementation, and daily maintenance.
- IHG G&M system/tools enhancement based on business requirements.
- G&M Offer/promotion design and implementation, by working with IHG Sales, Loyalty, Commercial Performance and Operations team to conclude relevant offers by brands, destination underpinned various seasonality.
- Provide critical inputs and enable Sales leadership in the development of industry strategy, insight feeding, and expand management of accounts MICE penetration.
- Leading Groups & Meetings related initiatives/projects that innovate efficiency and own costs.
What we need from you
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Implementation/Marketing/Product management/BD/Operation functions, with good exposure across functions preferred.
Experience in the company’s MICE Management/HR/Consulting or hospitality industry will be a plus.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of MICE Management industry, including but not limited to behavior policy and standard, event end-to-end process, PCO market, including event purchasing and fulfilment and experience.
- Logical thinking, strong learning ability, first-class execution, and passion for the hospitality industry. Display an understanding of market trends as well as both customers' and partners’ needs.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with business partners’ senior management with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Good at project management and implementation. Ability to prioritise work and initiative to introduce and improve processes.
