Job Overview

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be connecting with surf-friendly businesses—including accommodations, surf schools, camps, guides, and photographers.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective partners, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide partners through the sales and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless journey and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Book and host demo calls and webinars with surf-friendly businesses to showcase the platform and its value.
  • Present solutions to decision-makers, clearly communicating value propositions.
  • Support partners through the full registration and onboarding process, ensuring ease of adoption.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with consistent follow-up and engagement to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance the partner experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from partner conversations to improve our platform and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and partner activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Eventually extend support to customers joining the platform as part of the growth journey.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the company.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience hosting demo calls or webinars and guiding partners through onboarding.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Skilled in handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Passion for surfing, travel, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
