This is a remote position.

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the client’s paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (awareness, lead generation, retargeting)
  • Oversee and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Set, track, and report on campaign KPIs and CAC
  • Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking
  • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership on messaging and tone
  • Use data to shape campaign targeting, segmentation, and creative iterations

Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing with proven results
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, Meta Business Manager)
  • Experience with B2C and healthcare-adjacent campaigns
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
