Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our APAC Human Resources department.
The successful candidate will be required to produce different types of reports and dashboards within HR domain to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
Key Accountabilities:
Under the direction of the Total Rewards & HRIS Manager, APAC, contributes to the development and
maintenance of HR data, reporting, forms and company salary structures and benefits. Provide support to the
wider Asia Pacific HR team.
Essential Functions- Utilises the HRIS system data to gather key human resource metrics and organise data for distribution to
key HR business partners, recruitment, and other key internal stakeholders
- Provide assistance and advice with the HRIS systems to managers and other human resources professionals
- Write reports and extract data based on end user requirements
- Support APAC HR Tools and Applications (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms)
- Assists the Total Rewards and HRIS Manager with the coordination and oversight of the regional annual
Salary Review
- Contributing to remuneration surveys, analysing trends and provide guidance and support on remuneration
positioning for the business.
- Reporting on Remuneration and Benefits legislative changes or issues that may affect the business
- Assists the wider business with HR projects
- Ensures data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality,
Safety & Environment Systems and Project Quality Procedures
- Other duties as reasonably required
Person Specifications:
- 8+ years on experience in HR domain focusing on HRIS reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative, organizational skills and with great attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Apps and advanced excel
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
- You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Demonstrates consulting skills as acquired through previous experience working in a client facing role.
- Demonstrates capability/experience sourcing talent.
- Developing knowledge and ability to communicate insights on global talent markets.
- Prior agency/executive search experience is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to establish and build effective working relationships.
- Prior experience successfully operating in a geographically dispersed team is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Travel may be required.
