Data & AI Platform Engineer

Redeploy

Office

Stockholm, Sweden

Full Time

Looking for a place where you can challenge yourself, build serious tech and have a good time doing it?

At Redeploy, we design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last.

What sets us apart is the way we work. Curiosity runs deep here, as does the drive to keep learning and sharing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration and high technical standards, and where people genuinely care about doing things well. For our clients. And for each other.

What you’ll do

As a Data & AI Platform Engineer, you’ll design and build the foundations that make advanced analytics and AI possible at scale. Your work will focus on designing and building modern data platforms in Azure, aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework, to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.

Since we partner with ambitious companies across different industries, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in many different contexts. You’ll design and build scalable, secure, and future-proof platforms, leveraging automation and Infrastructure as Code to ensure everything you deliver stands the test of time.

At Redeploy, you’ll rarely work alone. We deliver most of our projects in teams where you collaborate with colleagues from different areas of expertise such as data engineers, BI developers, cloud specialists and AI experts, depending on the scope and needs of the client. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders on the client side, making sure the platforms you build create real business impact.

What you’ll grow into

In this role, you’ll grow in the space where data and AI meet cloud infrastructure, an area evolving faster than ever. Working with clients across industries, you’ll be part of shaping how companies in the Nordics become more data- and AI-driven, while deepening your expertise in modern Azure services and AI infrastructure.

You’ll also be part of a team that values curiosity, high technical standards and knowledge sharing. We learn together, challenge each other and collaborate closely to build platforms that last. Whether you want to deepen your craft, take more ownership in client deliveries or broaden your experience across data and AI solutions, we’ll support your development every step of the way.

Who we’re looking for

We think you’re someone who gets energy from working hands-on with cloud technology and seeing the real impact of your solutions. You’ve already had the chance to work with building and running Azure-based data platforms, and you’re eager to take that experience further into the world of AI. You know that building infrastructure for data and AI is about more than just ticking boxes, it’s about creating platforms that people actually use and rely on.

You’re confident in your skills but humble enough to keep learning. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, and you’re not afraid to ask the tough questions if it helps the project succeed. Most importantly, you want to be part of a team where high technical standards go hand in hand with a culture of curiosity, trust and fun.

What experiences you bring

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience building Azure-based data platforms, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Practical experience with, and up-to-date knowledge of, modern Azure services like Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, with practical experience using Bicep and Terraform.
  • Experience with Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, and the configuration of private endpoints for secure service connectivity.
  • Programming skills in PowerShell and Bash, with additional experience in Python considered a plus.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered a strong plus.

Experience with any of the following is a bonus:

  • Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Previous experience from technical consulting projects.
