For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Scientist (LC-MS/MS).

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

YOUR ROLE

The Scientist (LC-MS/MS) focus is on method development, validation and bioanalysis. The Scientist is experienced in method development and able to transfer his or her knowledge to other colleagues. Moreover, the Scientist has extensive knowledge of Ardena processes and can resolve difficult issues.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts LC-MS/MS method development and validation for diverse analytes including small molecules, ADCs, peptides, and oligonucleotides
Proactive and creative in problem solving (method development and analytical issues)
Independently able to execute literature research, comes up with a plan
Manage data imports, exports, and QC checks within the system.
Maintain and troubleshoot instruments as system manager of laboratory equipment.
Write method development reports and study plans.

YOUR PROFILE

BSc in (Bio)analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field with minimum 4 years of experience in bioanalytical method development and project management.
MSc in (Bio)analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in bioanalytical method development and project management.
PhD in (Bio)analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field with minimum 1 years of experience in bioanalytical method development and project management.
Soft skills that align with our CARE values- Communicative, Accountable, Reliable, and Excellent.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Familiar with LIM system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
