As the Country President, you will be responsible for managing the local budgets and ensuring that the country delivers measurable results in terms of improved efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth. You will also be expected to provide strategic leadership and direction, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization. This will involve identifying and prioritizing key local initiatives as well as the implementation of the European initiatives which include diversity and inclusion and Securitas Leadership programs. You will play the crucial role of overseeing the country progress and ensuring that the necessary resources and support are in place.

In the Croatia, Securitas is the innovative and trendsetting market leader offering full services within the private security business. The organization consists of more than2200 employees and the operations include the Security Operations Center (Monitoring), mobile patrol vehicles on the roads every night and a comprehensive guarding service. Aviation security is a strong and very important business line for Croatia in addition to Fire & Safety services, electronic security services, and risk & intelligence services. All this has secured the market leading position for Securitas for many years.

Country President Croatia
As Country President Croatia you will have full responsibility of the business P&L.
She/he will develop, strengthen and expand the operations in Croatia, and lead the organisation to the best possible business performance according to the European and Group strategy.

You will report into the President CEE. You will be responsible for driving the
Securitas Strategy with full focus on clients and delivering a sustainable business with a growing margin and diverse business mix.

As CP Croatia you need to have excellent stakeholder management skills in order to cooperate and collaborate with the other Country Presidents across Europe and the European division; excellent people management skills and exemplary work ethics are essential. You will have experience of senior commercial roles including P&L and sales budgets responsibility at a large organisation. To ensure future business success, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful results, leading teams and
development, in a B2B service driven organisation.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the successful
implementation of the transformation program in Croatia;
Drive sustainable and profitable growth with full P/L responsibility for
Securitas Croatia;
Secure Securitas position as the main player on the market driving the
transformation of the security industry;
Strengthen and develop the leadership in the organization and secure
succession planning, including developing talents;
Put strong focus on further increasing combined security solution selling
including all services in Croatia;
Overall responsibility for all service lines on the Croatia market including
specialized guarding, mobile services, monitoring center, remote video
solutions, fire & safety and corporate risk management;
Further develop the organization, mainly in terms of structure, processes and systems for the running operations;
Continue to build on and strengthen the partnerships with the clients and
other business partners, and also win new in order to continue to be the
preferred supplier of security services;
Develop and sustain relationships with key external authorities, government
bodies and other relevant parties in order to influence the political security
industry agenda;
Be a role model, and act in alignment with the core values of the company, but also bring new perspectives;
Be an agent for change and drive the importance of our Leadership principles in the daily business;
Set comprehensive and clear performance goals;
Promote a strong talent management culture by ensure that all employees, including senior management, are developed to their full potential and there is a clear succession plan developed for the future;
Partnering with other divisional team executives to accomplish both long- and short-term goals and deliver on our strategy;

Essential Skills and experience

Successful experience from general management positions or senior sales
positions;
Successful track record of growing and developing a business both in terms of sales, performance and culture
Successful track record from senior leaderships roles;
Solid understanding of technology / digital developments;
Successful change leadership experience;
Experience of B2B;
Commercial business experience in managing P&L budgets and forecasting;
Experience of working efficiently in a demanding, multitasking environment with changing priorities and challenging deadlines;

Location: The position will be located at Securitas Croatian head office in Zagreb

Travel: The position requires some international travelling. Extensive travelling in Croatia is required as per the needs of the business
