The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into working and scalable solutions
• Automate routine and manual tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and utilize statistical methods to uncover opportunities and insights to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and data cleansing
• Provide support to production data extraction and analysis for improvement, traceability and task force activities

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree or above in related Engineering (Electrial / Electronics / Mechanical / Material / Manufacturing), Computer Science, IT
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives. Proven work experience as a project leader
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling is a plus
