Your New Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Support the Scrum team in implementing agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
• Foster team self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support coordination and collaboration with other teams, including in scaled agile environments.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in agile practices and methodologies.
• Actively contribute to drive the agile journey of ams OSRAM IT and beyond.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in computer science, economics or equivalent education.
• 2 years plus of working experience in the area of IT or IT-related processes.
• 3 years experience as a Scrum Master, related certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, SSM) is a plus.
• Lateral leadership skills are helpful, guiding others to grow and continuously improve.
• Working together with colleagues in multiple time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile principles, knowledge of scaled agile frameworks, such as SAFe, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Experience in working with project management software, general IT skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English language.
