Finance Officer (Temp)

About The Unit

In Indonesia, Yara has been known as premium fertilizer in Agriculture and play the role for more than 25 years. Currently we are improving the quality of farming with our knowledge and technology. To bring the responsibility into action, we build a solid team to bring the knowledge and technology to our farmers.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in account payable, reconciliaion, AR listing and a strong desire to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all account payable activities including invoice receipt and posting it into the accounting system
• Perform monthly creditor reconciliations
• Prepare and process Cash Pooler Payments
• Record all collections and maintain AR listing
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and monthly reports
• Analyze landing costs
• Follow up on employee expense claims and process payments

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Management / Business Administration / Economy / Finance Management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CONCUR and SUN System is a plus
