HVAC Commissioning Lead (PMC)

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an HVAC Commissioning Lead for Home Office activities in Singapore in support of the commissioning and S/U of a FPU Project.

Role description:
The resource will be part of the PMC Team and lead the development of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Startup guidelines and procedures for HVAC systems. Responsible for coordinating all commissioning activities related to HVAC packages, ensuring alignment with project standards, vendor documentation, and HSE requirements. Will provide technical leadership and interface with Client and Contractors during execution phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Energy or related disciplines
• At least 15 years of experience in HVAC engineering for Oil & Gas or Power Projects
• Minimum 5 years in engineering support for commissioning and S/U activities
• Experience in PMC or Owner’s Engineering Team in at least two projects
• Solid background in HVAC packages, chillers, ventilation, ducting and air handling systems
