Are you passionate about governance excellence and building a culture of compliance and trust? MAS Capital is on the lookout for a Manager – Governance & Compliance to lead initiatives that safeguard our reputation and ensure ethical business practices across our global operations.

As a compliance leader, you’ll go beyond box-ticking. You’ll design and strengthen frameworks, lead internal assurance reviews and audits, and serve as the second line of defense to our shareholders and Boards. From driving compliance awareness campaigns to developing policies, oversight mechanisms, and industry best practices, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how governance is lived across MAS.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead internal assurance reviews and audits to enhance compliance governance frameworks.
• Develop monitoring mechanisms and reporting systems across SBUs, escalating insights to the Board and Audit Committee.
• Create and track action plans to address audit findings and strengthen controls.
• Drive training and awareness campaigns on governance, legal updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global experts, external counsel, and industry stakeholders to build a world-class compliance ecosystem.
• Maintain confidentiality as a trusted point of contact for compliance matters and investigations.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–8 years’ experience in compliance, governance, or audit (internal/external).
• Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration (LLB/Attorney-at-Law preferred).
• Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, oversight, and policy development.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
