Test Engineer (Focus Fuel Heating) (f/m/x)

R&D Engineering - Electronics is responsible for the planning, development, and testing of electronic components across all Webasto business areas. The role not only involves development but also providing support during product development and fostering the independence of colleagues.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Development of test plans (DVP) in cooperation with Quality, taking into account measurement and test specifications, functional specifications as well as customer and Webasto specifications
• Independent planning and organization of tests including cost calculation, resource planning and coordination of test technicians
• Independent setup and execution of tests
• Analysis, evaluation and documentation of test results (test report)
• Planning and coordination of cooperation with external service providers

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
• Experience in dealing with measurement technology and measurement software as well as test methodology and statistics desirable
• Experience in automotive testing desirable
• Good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Fluent German, good written and spoken English skills
