Sr. Supervisor Quality

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Supervise and coach quality engineers across all shifts and Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including PPM, scrap, and audit scores.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts using 8D, 5-Why, and other structured problem-solving tools.
• Ensure effective implementation of Core Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Interface directly with customers on quality concerns, audits, and issue resolution.
• Support supplier quality activities including incoming inspections and supplier development.
• Maintain quality documentation and support QMS system improvements. (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement lean quality initiatives (Poka-Yoke, Layered Process Audits, Error-Proofing)

This is what you bring to us

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, IATF auditor) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality and 2+ of Leadership, with Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and other relevant automotive quality standards, Advanced Excel; experience with Minitab, ERP/QMS systems (SAP, Plex, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; capable of influencing cross-functional teams and escalating quality issues effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
