Invoice to Cash Team Leader (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Lead and develop a team of I2C specialists, fostering a proactive and solution-oriented culture
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of invoicing, collections, claim management, and customer account management
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance Leads) and external customers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives within the GBS frameworks
• Contribute to strategic planning within the GBS function 

 

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Invoice to Cash or Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to respond to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of I2C processes, SAP, and financial controls
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
