Graduate Global Operations

For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for YOU as a rising star – lateral thinker, visionary, team player, creative and head!

We shape diamonds in the rough: Within the 24-months programme, starting in October 2025, you go through structured rotations within Global Operations oriented on your potential (including one international rotation of 3 months.). You will build up your knowledge and personal network while working on impactful projects with top management visibility. We offer you one-on-one-coachings by experienced leaders and training to support you in your personal and professional growth.

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

During your programme you´ll dive into different functions and areas within Global Operations, such as our Production Sites, Opex, Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, or many more areas of Global Operations and learn about our operating model and key processes
Your projects will be diverse and mostly with global impact and you will have plenty of chances to present your results to the senior leaders of global operations
Project examples can be Map the E2E process flow for new products at the plant, measure current cycle time, define a 2-year reduction ambition, and engage stakeholders to co-develop improvement initiatives to achieve the target, including optimization of inventory management and smart planning.
You will actively work on your development, which is supported by a Mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions, shadowing & performing reviews
You will participate in global training for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

An excellent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business & Management with the focus in Operations, Production & Automation, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of studies
First professional experience in operations or in a pharmaceutical company (e.g. through internships) with continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day
Strong analytical skills
Fluency in English
