Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Research Associate to support our global analyst teams with financial modeling expertise, training, and strategic tool development. This role is critical in driving modeling excellence, supporting technology rollouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality in equity research. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial modelling and financial insight tools training to global analyst teams
• Primary contact for analyst teams, resolving modeling, modelware and accounting queries
• Collaboration with cross-functional departments: Modelware ,Tech Support, Publishing, ADS, IST
• Support analyst teams with Daloopa roll out
• Support Tech with testing platforms e.g. Daloopa, Risk-Reward Dashboards to provide strategic feedback
• Working closely with the Equity Strats team to automate regular modelling pool tasks

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Technical Skills:  Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FactSet, Visible Alpha, Refinitiv Eikon and Daloopa
• Strong communication both verbal and written
• Analytical, good problem solver
• Organised and methodical
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
