ICAP at Columbia University is an international non-governmental organisation that aims to ensure the wellness of families and communities by strengthening health systems around the world.

Under the supervision of the SiLPHIA Communications and Community Mobilisation Coordinator (CCMC), the SiLPHIA Community Mobilization Officer (CMO) is to lead, supervise, and coordinate all field community mobilization activities at different levels in support of the implementation of the SiLPHIA 2026 survey.
