Responsibilities

The Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for managing a team for product development and project delivery. The role involves running product development with the team using the Agile framework and driving towards the achievement of project goals and OKRs. The Project Manager / Scrum Master will collaborate directly with the product development team and stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet the necessary requirements. Coordinating with other departments and involving related teams as needed to fulfill the mission is also part of the job.

Position Details

• Manage the scrum team(s) consisting of around 10-20+ members and drive the delivery of OKRs according to the roadmap.
• Lead Agile transformation, including the implementation and improvement of the development process.
• Plan and deliver projects, including setting goals, planning milestones and critical paths, managing internal/external project dependencies, planning for testing and release, budgeting, and creating schedules.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, facilitate communication among project members, and provide reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Manage issues and problem-solving.
• Continuously improve project management best practices.
• Mentor and onboard new team members for project governance.
• Use English as the common language for communication.

Minimum Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in software development as the main project manager of sizable projects.
• Knowledge of software development technologies.

• Strong Leadership Skills.

• Good Team Player.

• Excellence in issues and risk management.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of minimizing communication gaps between stakeholders.
• Excellence in reporting, presentation, and meeting facilitation.
• Expertise in Jira/Confluence and other project management tools.
• Fast learner with a positive leadership mindset.
• A strong commitment mindset for leading the project to completion.
• Experience in working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business partners.

Preferred Qualification

• Certified in project management (e.g., PMP) or Certified/Professional Scrum Master.
• Experience in organizational management.
• Experience as a software developer.
• Knowledge of product management.
• Experience in the production operation of internet services and Agile management knowledge and experience.
