Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Physical Security Operations Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager II, you will lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Leads complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality results.
- Project Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Resource Management: Manages project resources, including personnel, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks, developing and implementing risk management plans as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical experts, and external partners, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Communication: Develops and delivers clear and concise project communications, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews and audits as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvement, developing and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or with similar projects.
- Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
