Your Role:  

This role will focus on the front-end Management of the Recycler Business (from quotation through receipt of Customer orders), tracking new Business Opportunities thru Production.  Ensuring Procurement, Scheduling & Operations can meet demand requirements and expected start-up dates.  The role will also be trending volume growth by material to allow Operations to analyze future Equipment/Infrastructure & capacity needs.  

 

Responsibilities may include:

 

•    Liaison for the NA Solvent Recycler Business, including SHB Recyclers working with PMOPS & Recycler Team

•    Ensure Forecast is entered and visible in SAP ERP for capacity planning

•    Track new Business by material and product from Sales Quote thru hand-off to Production Planning 

•    Coordinating Drum Procurement with Commercial & Procurement

•    NPDI tracking coordination for new materials 

•    Coordinate New Capacity Requirements (in addition to existing requirements) with IBM Capacity Planning & Operations Teams

•    Coordinate new/returned Recycler drum arrivals with Planning/Scheduling

•    Managing New Tanker Business (Leased Tankers/RM’s) as part of the Recycler Business

•    Analyze volume trends 

•    Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned to meet business needs   

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years of equivalent experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Procurement without a degree.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Certification from APICS or IBF preferred 

•    Self-motivation and execution focus to meet individual and team objectives in complex fast-paced environment.

•    The technical background to gain the necessary product expertise and knowledge of systems/processes.

•    Demonstrated ability to achieve business goals through collaboration with diverse and cross functional teams, especially within a matrix organization.

•    Agility/adaptability, creative out-of-the-box thinking, a positive mindset.

•    Business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, instinct to make data-driven decisions.

•    Prior experience in material requirements, demand management, procurement & production planning
