Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner (BA/PO) to join our team. This role bridges business needs with technical delivery, ensuring that requirements are well understood, translated into actionable user stories, and effectively prioritized. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of business processes, requirements analysis, and agile methodologies, with proven experience in Scrum projects and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, workflows, and end-to-end processes.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the agile development process.
• Manage and refine product backlogs in line with business priorities.
• Provide pre-sales support and contribute proactively to solution discussions.
• Ensure process adherence and support risk management in project delivery.
• Prepare clear documentation and present requirements with strong storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong expertise in business processes and requirements analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Product Owner, with a solid understanding of backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in documentation, requirement elicitation, and requirement management, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities to address business and technical challenges.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, LeSS, or SAFe, with flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Familiarity with digital product engineering and user experience principles in a business analysis context.
• Ability to deliver clear presentations and compelling storytelling to support client discussions and internal decision-making.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing risk, effort estimation, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
