WHAT YOU DO WITH US

 

• You coordinate sales activities in coordination with our headquarters in Germany and ensure smooth implementation of the sales strategy.
• You maintain customer relationships with regional decision-makers and are the contact person for agencies and distributors.
• You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the Parsa Beauty s.r.l. team in Sibiu.
• You monitor the sales figures and KPIs, analyze the data and develop measures to achieve the sales targets.
• You will manage the office in Sibiu and work closely with the specialist departments at our headquarters in Germany.
