As a Shipper/Receiver at Analogic, you will be an essential part of our logistics team, ensuring that service parts are packed and shipped efficiently and on time. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics processes, requiring flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. What You'll Do:

• Shipping Support: Provide expert assistance in packing and shipping service parts to meet our high standards.
• Order Management: Generate outbound orders and monitor the backlog to ensure timely fulfillment of service parts requirements.
• Urgent Requests: Pick, pack, and ship urgent requests with precision and speed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Delivery Monitoring: Keep a close eye on urgent part deliveries, escalating requests as necessary to guarantee timely delivery.
• Tracking and Escalation: Utilize SAP and Choice Portal to track parts and handle escalation calls with professionalism.
• Problem Solving: Assist in resolving any issues related to shipping or receiving, ensuring seamless operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and shipping regulations, maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.
• Organization: Stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively, contributing to the department's growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech-Savvy: Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as assigned.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and be self-directed, taking initiative to solve problems.

Physical Requirements:

• Strength: Physical ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 pounds.
• Endurance: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Flexibility: Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to handle and organize inventory.
• Equipment Use: Comfortable using basic shipping/receiving equipment and tools.
