Key Responsibilities:Lead sanitation efforts in the main kitchen and satellite kitchens across residential units.Perform deep cleaning tasks, including steam cleaning floors and sanitizing hot boxes.Ensure all kitchen areas consistently meet or exceed state and community sanitation standards.Collaborate with culinary and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
